WHERE?

Sessions will generally take place around Albany and the surrounding beaches (Emu Point, Middleton Beach, Mutton Bird Beach etc.) – got a favourite beach though? Maybe we can tee something up!

WHAT TO BRING?

• Cash for payment – some locations don’t have reliable reception for EFTPOS.

• Any props you want - try to make it as christmasy as possible.

• Pet/s?

WHAT TO WEAR?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Just keep in mind:

• Red can blend in with Santa’s suit.

• White and black always look great.

• Photos with Santa are all about fun, so don’t stress if you’re not matching.

• Hair up is recommended if you don’t want the breezy Albany weather giving you the “windswept look.”

WHAT HAPPENS IF WEATHER IS DOUBT?

We photograph in rain, wind, or shine! The only reason we’ll postpone or cancel is if it becomes unsafe (e.g. lightning storms) or the equipment gets too wet. In the past, we’ve worked through all kinds of conditions and still captured amazing shots! Please note: if you choose not to attend, your booking is forfeited and a new spot isn’t guaranteed.

WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL?

If something comes up and you can’t make it, we trust you’ll let us know as soon as possible. We don’t take deposits, so we appreciate your courtesy in giving notice – it also means other families won’t miss out.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO WE GET?

You can decide on the day – just the kids, the whole family, or even a fun, silly shot! If you’d like a photo without Santa, that’s fine too. I’ll take as many as needed to get the best results.

DISABILITY & ELDERLY FRIENDLY LOCATIONS

Some of our Albany and surrounding spots are wheelchair and elderly friendly. Availability depends on the session, so please ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

CAN WE BRING PETS?

Absolutely – we love including furry family members! Many of our Albany beach, bush, and lake spots are dog-friendly, but please check your location when booking. Pets must be on a lead and cleaned up after. Assistance and support animals are, of course, always welcome.

ANYTHING ELSE?

We ask that you email us at felixcliffordphoto@gmail.com after your session from the email you wish your photographs to be sent. You will then receive your high resolution images within 48 hours to print, post or gift them however you’d like.

Your happiness matters to us! If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, get in touch – we’ll work with you on alternatives or a re-shoot if needed. Please remember, with kids (and sometimes adults!) the magic is often in the imperfect moments.
